Caroline Chu
Caroline Chu is the executive director and co-founder of Cinelora.

Born in London (UK), Caroline spent all her school years in a bilingual school in Paris. While attending Paris University, she took acting classes in a French drama school for 3 years.

Holder of a Master's degree in Philosophy and translator of a large number of feature films, she then received an MBA in film production and completed her education at ESRA, a filmmaking school in Paris, where she learnt film writing, film making and film editing. Keen on the idea that pictures generate meanings, she wants to share with you her way of apprehending the world.

She is the author and director of a short film entitled “The Miraculous Survivor of Saint Sauveur” which was screened at the Palm Springs International ShortFest in 2011, was selected as part of the "French Female Directors Shorts Showcase" at the Spielberg theatre, in LA, on November 26 and received the acknowledgement Honorable Mention at the Rochester International Film Festival (April 2012).

She has written and directed "The Dragon and the Phoenix" a medium-length film. She is now working on a documentary film bearing on French winegrowers and is writing a feature film script.
